We met over lunch in a restaurant in Landstuhl, Germany in spring of 1979. I knew the day I met Bob that someday we would get married.
My best friend.
Carol and Bob are celebrating their 39th year of marriage! After spending time with them in the studio I have a feeling that their days are filled with a lot of joy and laughter.
I think I’m one of the few women that can state that my husband “literally” saved my life.
We enjoy entertaining in our home, international travel and visiting our children
Bob takes pictures all the time and has a great eye for photography. I love the images he achieves.
The thing I most admire Bob for is his quick thinking when it is absolutely necessary. When I was hit by a car, my left leg was traumatically amputated. Bob heard my scream and came running out and fell to his knees to compress my leg to keep me from bleeding to death. I think I’m one of the few women that can state that my husband “literally” saved my life.
Bob is very sentimental. He is very organized when it deals with his professional papers.
Carol had never met a stranger, thus having had some amazing conversations.
Carol is most looking forward to continuing growing old together. Taking every day as it arrives.
When we were viewing our portraits for the first time I was amazed at the quality and crispness of each individual picture. The portrait session was a much more unique and fun activity. The ultimate of professionalism without being stuffy.
What makes you laugh together?
Bob has a very dry wit and has great timing. Carol likes to see the humor in everything.
