Erinn - New Milford High School

Senior photos are a way to celebrate the transition from high school to the next stage of a student’s life, whether that’s college, the workforce, or another path. They serve as a visual representation of the individual’s growth and achievements during their high school years.

The lilac and the grey Free People dresses both came from the Planet Photo Style Closet and I love just how perfect they were! All Planet Photo portrait clients are invited to borrow items from the closet (just another benefit to doing senior portraits with Planet Photo). We shot some images in the ornamental gardens and then added jean shorts and platform boots for a slightly edgier look. One amazing location and three outfits and we had an incredible variety of portraits to choose from.

Erinn graduated from New Milford High School in the spring of 2023 and she has moved onto study business at Bryant University. I know she is going to be successful in all that she does.

I have such a hard time picking favorites from Erinn’s session but let me know if you have one.

Erinn has been a member of the Planet Photo Tribe for a few years now. We have done quite a few photo shoots and spent lots of time together over the years so I was excited to plan something unique and very special for her. We chose the beautiful Harkness Memorial State Park in Waterford, CT so that we could make a stop at the Lavender Farm on the way. We’ve done urban portraits before so we wanted to embrace all that this incredible location has to offer.

Erinn was scheduled to travel to San Diego earlier this year for the One Collective Destination Shoot but tragically COVID had other plans. The pink suit we had found for CA was an incredible pop of color at Harkness and there was no way she was ever going to blend in to the back ground.

The Planet Photo Tribe is a group of high school girls (and sometimes guys) who really love having fun and being creative. We take the time to plan and style group and themed photo shoots. I get to let my creativity go crazy and they learn about being social media creators and influencers with fun images to share.
